This residential enclave of 156 single-family homes delivered its first models in September 2019; at the time, pricing started just below $400K. A few home sites were still available for new construction projects in late 2021, and they were quickly being reserved by smart home buyers. Worthington is a leafy place where mature greenbelt areas buffer the neighborhood from traffic noise; many of its homes provide nice views or lakes and ponds while other properties face nature preserves. You can explore the wetland preserves thanks to nature trails. In the near future, residents of Worthington will be able to enjoy their very own community park.
Nearby family attractions such as Celery Fields and Livingston’s Amusement Center make Worthington even more attractive; plus, the beaches of Siesta Key are about 30 minutes away. The Sarasota Crossings and Bee Ridge shopping centers are easy to drive to, and they are anchored by Publix supermarkets, but you can always drive 20 minutes west for more shopping at The Mall at University Town Center.
