The penthouse units with three bedrooms and panoramic views of the Gulf are usually listed at one million dollars, particularly if they include wraparound balconies. Another reason Venice Sands condos do not last long on the market is because sellers are known to offer turnkey units complete with furniture and decoration. All unit owners get covered parking spots.

As can be expected from a beachfront condo in Southwest Florida, Venice Sands provides amenities to residents and guests. The recreation center on the ground level is where you can find a swimming pool overlooking the beach, shuffleboard courts, and an outdoor lounge area that was remodeled in 2015. The beach is just a few steps away from this shared amenity.

The Historic Downtown Venice district is close enough for a bike ride, and this also applies to the Publix supermarket at the Venice Shopping Center near the Tamiami Trail.
