Taylor Morrison is a builder known to include enticing extras; depending on the model, you may find designer kitchens, covered lanais with access from master bedrooms, garden tubs, and more.

Neighborhood amenities at Cassia will seal the deal for families with young children. Along with the requisite swimming pool with clubhouse, residents and their guests will be able to enjoy a splash park, basketball courts, an athletic field, and tennis courts. A large portion of the community has been set aside as a nature preserve; over the next few years, 25 miles of hiking and biking trails will be completed to connect Cassia with the Esplanade community, which will feature a shopping and dining district. Currently, the closest commercial district is located on the west side of I-75, and it includes a Walmart Neighborhood Market as well as Publix supermarket.

The property value outlook for Cassia is excellent, which means that the time to sign purchase contracts is now. There is a lot of interest in the Skye Ranch development, and this has a lot to do with it being located less than 20 minutes away from the beach and Downtown Sarasota.
