Located just 30 minutes to the east of Downtown Bradenton, Country Meadows is a neighborhood where homeowners can truly enjoy quality of life. Country Meadows in Bradenton is a leafy and quiet community developed in the last ten years.
Right before the real estate downturn in Southwest Florida, renowned developer Medallion Home acquired prime land situated just south of where the Manatee Rivers flows into Lake Manatee. Properties in this section of Manatee County fared better than others in the regional housing market; this positive trend allowed Medallion Home to continue developing Country Meadows into a very attractive real estate option for house hunters in 2016.
Country Meadows is a collection of single-family homes built on spacious lots. The floor plans range from three to five bedrooms and from two to four full bathrooms. The homes feature plenty of attractive details such as studio spaces, private swimming pools, Florida rooms, solid wood cabinetry, lush landscaping, attractive foyers, long driveways with pavers and much more. Some of the properties have views of nature preserves or small lakes while others are located near a two-acre park located within the community.
As of late 2015, pricing at Country Meadows started at $325K for a three-bedroom and two-bathroom home with four parking spaces. A five-bedroom country estate was listed under $480K; these prices are generally lower than those of similar properties located closer to Downtown Bradenton, but Country Meadows offers a more upscale experience.
Although Country Meadows evokes a feeling of solitude and seclusion, suburban comforts are located just ten minutes away from the neighborhood entrance. The Lakewood Ranch shopping plaza, which is anchored by a Publix supermarket, is less than a mile away; a Walmart Supercenter can be found at River’s Edge, which is halfway between Country Meadows and Downtown Bradenton. Furthermore, Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island are close enough to plan weekend visits.
