Fairfield Villas in Bradenton is a neighborhood specially designed for home buyers interested in a resort-like lifestyle. Located south of State Road 70 and near the Braden River, Fairfield is a gated community of 140 villas that offer a maintenance-free lifestyle and various amenities for very affordable prices.

In developing Fairfield, Neal Communities has chosen home designs similar to those found in modern Mediterranean coastal resorts. The interior space of the floor plans ranges between 1,434 and 1,524 square feet. Both Tidewater and Crystal Sand home models feature two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
