As can be expected from an established bayfront neighborhood, some of the properties are spectacular, but they are also built on the same block as some more traditionally modest homes. This small collection of homes will appeal to anglers and boaters because of its proximity to Hidden Harbor Marina, but anyone who wants to enjoy waterfront living will find Holiday Harbor enticing. The neighborhood is essentially platted along a few cul-de-sac streets divided by a canal that culminates at the marina, thus giving some lucky homeowners the advantage of private docking space or their very own fishing pier.

As of April 2019, pricing at Holiday Harbor starts around $237K for a 14,374 square feet lot ready for development. A three-bedroom home with three baths, three full bathrooms and docking space right on the canal was priced at $720K. If you keep Holiday Harbor in your house hunting list, you may eventually find an inland Florida ranch-style home listed around $200K. The most elaborate listings here are hurricane-proof mansions that include extras such as private spas, swimming pool, designer kitchens with granite counters, and studios. Since many of the properties are built on elevated lots, flood insurance is not a requirement that all home buyers will face.

Easy access to the Stickney Point Bridge means being able to drive to the beaches of Siesta Key in less than 10 minutes. If you prefer more secluded, family-friendly beaches, Casey Key is just 15 minutes to the south. All your shopping and entertainment needs are covered by the Westfield Sarasota Square mall, which is just five minutes away.
