BayView in Parrish is one of a few master-planned residential developments that have been redefining the housing market of eastern Manatee County in recent years. Located to the east of I-75 and south of Buckeye Road, BayView has been under development since 2021, and developers such as Del Webb have already completed 55+ projects here. The Isles at BayView is the northern section of this master-planned community; it is a large gated community where you can find excellent new construction opportunities at great prices.
Three developers are in charge of this project: Maronda, Inland, and Centex. Each builder working on the Isles has selected floor plans that represent an updated version of Florida ranch-style homes, and their curb appeal is enhanced by details borrowed from American Craftsman and Coastal design. Compared to other master-planned communities in Parrish, this one offers greater diversity in terms of architectural styles.
All properties in the Isles at BayView have been completed in the last three years, so they are still under the builder’s warranty. Floor plans offer a minimum of 1,550 square feet of interior, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garage with two parking spots. Some of the models feature two levels, and quite a few offer lakeside views from the patio or Florida room. The resort-style amenities are centered around a clubhouse with a fitness room overlooking a lagoon-shaped swimming pool. There is also a playground and a dog park.
Beyond the gates of this community, residents do not have to drive far to the Gateway Commons shopping plaza for Publix grocery runs. Other neighborhood attractions include the Corporate Ladder Brewery, the Frog Creek campground, and the Terra Ceia Preserve. The beaches of Anna Maria Island and St. Petersburg are almost equidistant to BayView, and both are less than 40 minutes away.
As of May 2023, prices started at $421K for a three-bedroom house. Larger two-story homes with five bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and 2,600 square feet of living space can be negotiated for less than $475K. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or a seasoned property investor, this community presents a great value proposition because the starting prices are lower than the median values around Parrish and Bradenton. Keep in mind that the values of new homes built by reputable developers such as Centex tend to appreciate rather quickly.
