Being located in the quiet Venice Gardens district means that you have easy access to the Venice Village shopping center whenever you need essentials such as groceries, coffee, medications, casual meals, and hair styling. If you can ride a bike for three miles, you will be able to reach Venice Beach in less than 20 minutes.
