If you want to settle in a secluded neighborhood where you can enjoy nature and open space, this community is for you.  The coziest lots in Panther Ridge measure at least an acre, and three-bedroom homes typically feature more than 3,000 square feet of living space.  Some of the most impressive estates at Panther Ridge are spec homes built on 10-acre lots.

All homes in this community have been developed in the 21st century.  Since most properties are custom-built, available listings tend to come with interesting extras such as home theaters, wine cellars, outdoor kitchens, stables, studios with balconies, and more.  In 2016, pricing at Panther Ridge starts under $410K, which is very reasonable considering the size of the properties and how recently they have been completed.
