Perico Bay Club in Bradenton is a collection of small subdivisions located on southern Perico Island, between West Bradenton and Holmes Beach. If you would like to have a variety of waterfront views to choose from, you should consider adding Perico Bay Club to your house hunting list.

The three views at Perico Bay Club include: Palma Sola Bay to the southeast, Anna Maria Sound to the east, and the mangrove islands of Neal Preserve to the north. The most sought-after properties are those facing Palma Sola Bay; this is where manatees and dolphins are regularly spotted, but the best view for enjoying sunsets is the one facing Anna Maria Sound.

The residences of Perico Bay Club are likely among the most scenic in Manatee County, but that does not mean that they are the most expensive. In fact, some of the condominium units, villas and single-family homes are very affordable.

In early 2016, the highest-priced listing on Perico Bay Club was a remodeled villa sitting right at the edge of a canal connected to a small lagoon. This $355K three-bedroom and two-bathroom property takes up 1,547 square feet on a lot measuring 5,009 square feet, and it features a balcony facing the water. A two-bedroom unit in a low-rise waterfront condominium can be negotiated for less than $220K.

Residents of Perico Bay Club enjoy a community clubhouse with a large swimming pool and shuffleboard courts. Smaller swimming pools are located within the subdivisions. Perico Bay Club is a nature lover’s delight; there are two nature preserves within walking distance, and each subdivision has access to small lakes, ponds and lagoons for fishing or kayaking.

The nearest shopping district is located in nearby West Bradenton, about three miles away. Holmes Beach and Anna Maria Island are closer, and there is even a free shuttle for residents.
