When you take into account everything that D.R. Horton has packed into Silverstone, you will realize why this is such as great opportunity. First of all, this is a builder known for its quality work; second, you can get extras such as granite countertops in the kitchen, energy-efficient appliances, spacious floor plans, and screened Florida rooms overlooking ponds or greenbelt spaces. Finally, D.R. Horton is also building a swimming pool, a clubhouse, playground, and walking trails.
In early 2020, a four-bedroom home with two bathrooms and more than 1,800 square feet of living space was listed for $253K; we are talking about a home built in the same year it went on the market. With 10 floor plans selected for the initial phase, you will not have to worry about Silverstone looking like a cookie-cutter neighborhood. You have a choice of three shopping centers anchored by Publix supermarkets less than 10 minutes away, but you will probably get a lot of shopping done at the nearby Ellenton Premium Outlets. When taking the family on a weekend trip, driving to Holmes Beach will take you about 40 minutes.
