In Italy, Vicenza is a charming city in the Veneto region; it is home to a large United States Army installation, and it is also emblematic because of its nice interpretation of Tuscan architecture. Vicenza is a pet-friendly neighborhood that includes a dog park. The closest beach in Nokomis is less than 20 minutes away, and the new Plaza Venezia shopping center, which is anchored by a Publix supermarket, is just down the road.

If you are looking for a solid investment in 2021, consider a three-bedroom home with a swimming pool in Vicenza, especially one the overlooks a pond. This kind of property could easily rise in value to $400K by the end of the year.
